What this is (and is not)

Every row below is copied, unaltered, from a minister's own published diary-disclosure document. RioLabs did not write, edit, summarise, or verify the organisation names, person names, or purpose text — they appear exactly as the government published them. Each row links to the original source PDF on the government's own website so you can check it yourself.

This tool does not judge meetings. Nothing here is ordered, graded, or weighted by any measure of importance, and nothing here ever will be. This tool does not draw conclusions about what any meeting means or imply anything about why it happened. If you want to count how often an organisation appears, that is a conclusion you draw yourself from the rows — the counting is yours to do, not ours.

NSW disclosure scope (quoted from the NSW disclosure template, with an elision marked "[…]"): "This table shows scheduled meetings… held by the Minister with external persons […]. It does not include internal meetings held by Ministers with other Ministers, ministerial staff, Parliamentarians or government officials… or strictly personal, electorate or party political meetings. It does not include attendance at public or social functions or events."

Victorian disclosure scope (quoted from the Victorian Ministerial Code of Conduct, s 5.3): "Ministers must publish summaries from their diaries on a quarterly basis, detailing scheduled meetings with stakeholders, external organisations, third-party lobbyists, Government Affairs Directors, and external individuals."

Privacy. A meeting is only shown here when the disclosed text itself gives an organisational or official-capacity signal (a company, council, union, title, "MP", etc). Rows that name only a private individual with no such signal, or whose subject/purpose text marks the meeting as personal or family in nature, are withheld, not shown — not even in redacted form. This is a heuristic first pass; see the private audit queue for human review.

Coverage. The Commonwealth, South Australia and Western Australia do not publish ministerial diaries at all — there is nothing to capture there. Private capture is now enabled for Queensland and the ACT, but neither has reviewed rows in this preview yet. Tasmania is in scope but remains gated pending Rafael's browser and licence check. Nothing on this site should be read as covering Australia nationally.
